  • I can assess which of these 6 core factors are important to me when making a career decision

  • I can prioritize the 6 core factors that influence my career decisions

Getting Experience

BEFORE BEGINNING:

  • Add 3 experiences to the Experiences Timeline

LEARNING TARGETS:

  • I can explore different ways to get work experience now

  • I can identify ways to get experience while still in school, through community service/volunteerism/co-op programs/part-time jobs/internships

  • I can assess which type of experience is best-suited for my career interests and goals

Study Skills and Habits

  • LEARNING TARGETS:
    I can identify skills, habits, and behaviors that I need to learn successfully in high school

  • I can explore potential obstacles to success in school (i.e. lack of motivation, distractions)

  • I can plan how to develop positive study habits and behaviors
